How To: Read Statements

Bet Statement

The Bet Statement is where you can see details of all the bets you have placed including their current status. The panel gives you a number of options so that you can choose how many bets to display, which type (ie. matched, open, all) you wish to see, or search by Bet ID for details of a specific bet.

The purple ringed area is highlighted here and this is where you can see details about the status of your bets.

If any bet isn't wholly matched you will see the amount which is till remaining, and you.ll also be able to find out whether your bet has been settled yet.

If you want to cancel you bet, you can do so as long as it hasn't already been matched. If it is partially matched you can cancel the part which is not matched. To cancel any bet all you need to do is highlight it on the panel and click on Cancel bet. If you then refresh your Bet Statement you'll see that status changes to 'pulled' which is our terminology for cancelled.

The screenshot at the top of this page shows the Bet Statement appearing in its default mode. However, if you have placed a large number of bets, you may want to only view a certain type.

As you can see here, if you click on the arrow next to 'Refresh bets' you can choose which to display, for example only settled or matched.

Clicking on 'all' will return your statement to the default version where all of the bets you've placed will be displayed.

Account Statement

The Account Statement, shown above, will provide you with details of your account such as your balance and the amount you have won or lost on bets. You select the date range you wish to view then click Refresh Statement and it will show you all transactions on your account within the selected timeframe. The statement will also show your current global exposure, which is the total amount of money you have at risk across all the markets/events which you've bet on.

As you can see the statement shows the net change (ie. the amount won or lost) on each bet once it has been settled, and this is then reflected in your balance in the far-right column.
